How long is my delivery time?
If you order before 12:00 on working days we send your order on the same day and delivered the following day. If you place your order on Fridays before 12:00 it will arrive on Monday.
Where does Femini guld ship?
FEMINI GULD ships worldwide and we will handle your order as fast as possible in less than 24 hours. You will get a notice mail from us once we ship your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our shipments are trackable, we will send you the tracking number in a confirmation mail after you place your order.
How does Femini guld pack its jewelry?
All our packagings are environmental friendly. You will receive your jewelry packed in a nice gift box inserted in a safe recyclable envelop.
Should I pay VAT or customs?
If your order will be delivered in EU countries then you wont need to pay any VAT. In some countries you might need to pay extra fees for importing duties. In this case, the person who is receiving the shipment should pay any required extra fees.
How to return or exchange my jewelry?
Return and exchange is always free if you live in Sweden. You can use the return label which you receive in the envelope. If your order is to outside of Sweden, you will have to pay the shipping fees for the return or exchange. The return or exchange should be done within 30 days starting from the day you received the jewelry. The jewelry should be in original condition unused, unworn and unwashed.
What happens if the jewelry get damaged during the shipping when I return my order?
Unfortunately It's your responsibility to pack the jewelry very well when you ship them back to us. It's very important to know, We are responsible of the returned items only after we receive them back and they are in original condition.
What if I didn't pick up my order?
If your order is to Sweden then the package will be held at the delivery point up to 14 days then it will be returned to FEMENI GULD. In this case you will be charged 160 SEK. If you contact us and you confirmed you still want your order then we will charge you only 49 SEK for the shipping.
How long I can keep the jewelry before returning them?
FEMINI GULD accepts returns and exchange within a period of 30 days starting from the day you received your package.
What should I do if my jewelry were damaged during the shipping?
We will be very sorry to hear that, please send us an email to info@feminiguld.com with your order details and it's very important to attach a clear photo of the damaged items. We will definitely contact you as soon as we receive the mail to fix the issue.
